*The prospect of fullness can prompt a pause.
Allow the pause to fill you.
This is a perfect time for pausing.**
Pause, then play. Soon enough it will be day.***

*Getting an image of the full moon and how it prompts people to pause, how you don’t ever really stop and stare at a half moon or a new moon, but when it’s full, you notice, and you’re like, wow. The fullness prompted a pause.
**This is a perfect time for pausing, as in, before Thanksgiving and the push of the “holiday season” and its implied busyness and bustle, first, stop to consider what you want, and in particular to reflect on the year as it comes to an end.
***Pause, then play means first reflect on what you want the future to look like, play the tape forward, and then press play on that tape to allow it to proceed. But it also means, pause for rest, then go play, enjoy.
Soon enough it will be day means that while the moon is full now, and there is ideal time for reflecting, night never lasts forever, and the visions and aspirations will be realized soon enough.
